Terms of Service

1. The service

Clover is an AI assistant application for iOS offering conversational AI across multiple third-party models, integrated tools, and (on eligible plans) autonomous cloud agents that run in isolated environments ("Agents"). By creating an account or using Clover you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Clover.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice ahead of your next renewal. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Clover to violate any law, infringe others' rights, generate malware or content intended to harm, attempt to breach or overload our systems or the isolated environments of other users, or resell the service without permission. Agents run in sandboxed containers; attempting to escape or abuse that isolation is prohibited.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit and the outputs you create with Clover, to the extent permitted by law. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (processing, storage, transmission to the AI model providers powering your requests).

6. AI outputs

AI-generated content can be inaccurate. Clover is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

7. Agent environments and data retention

Files in an Agent's workspace persist while your eligible subscription is active. If your subscription lapses, the Agent is suspended with its files preserved for 60 days; if not renewed within that period, the environment and its files are permanently deleted. Deleting an Agent deletes its files immediately.

8. Termination

You may stop using Clover at any time and may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
